Definition / Theory
Polarized lens is lamimated by 7 layers of materials:The 1st and 2nd layers are the impact resistant layers which can improve the toughness and impact resistance and avoid lens scratches to increase lens lifespan.The 3rd Layer is Polarizing film. It is the lens core layer which provides over 99% polarize efficiency and aborbs glare efficiently.The 4th and fifth layers are the lamination layer of violet aborsoption which can absorb over 99% Ultra violet rays.The 6th and 7th layers are the bonding lamination layers which can efficiently resist cutting, heating, curvaturing, edging and other harsh environment.
