The core of self-healing is energy supply and material supply, imitating the principle of biological damage healing, so that composite materials can self-repair and self-heal internal or external damage, so as to eliminate hidden dangers, enhance the strength of materials and prolong the product longevity.

 Self-repair TAC polarized lens is to add a layer of 20 micron repairing coating layer on the lens. When the surface is slightly scratched,the damaged ring structure in the coating is self-healing under ultraviolet radiation in the sun.  It can only self-repaire  the scratches  size within 20 microns.

Product Performance

1)Use the world best TAC material from Germany IPI and PVA film from Japanese Kuraray.

2)100% UV resistance. Cutting the harmful UVA, UVB, and UVC ultra violet rays which is under 400nm.

3)Hight polarizing efficiency and eliminate the glare efficiently to reach viewing softer and clearer.

4)Quickly repair  the lens surface automatically when it is scratched.  At 23 ~ 25 ℃: ~ 2 seconds;  At 0 ℃: ~ 30 seconds!

5)Good Lamination; not easy to be delaminated.

6)Low Haze and high clearness( Haze result is 0.20-0.30 which is far lower than the standard of 0.5).

7)Lens base and optical performance are stable and pass domestic and international standards.
